Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their visit through email notification or telephone. The cancellation will be made effective immediately. Whether the guest(s) receive a full refund, a partial refund, or receive no refund depends on the extenuating circumstances. Guests may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before their visit. Guests who book within 24 hours of their visit have one hour after booking to cancel for free.

Partial Refund Outside the Free Period Policy:

If you need to cancel a booked visit, we encourage you to notify us as soon as possible. We will issue a partial refund to guests who cancel which do not fall within the free cancellation period noted in the Cancellation Policy. The partial refund amount will be 50% of the total purchase price.

Guest No-show Policy:

In the event a guest fails to cancel and doesn’t show up within 30 minutes of the scheduled visit start time, it will be deemed as a guest no-show. No-shows will not be entitled to a refund.

Rescheduling Exceptions:

Exceptions to the guest refund amount for cancellations outside the free period and for no-shows may apply in the event of travel, weather delays or COVID-19 precaution, or other extenuating circumstances. These will be offered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

COVID-19 Policy:

Effective March 24, 2020. The health, welfare and safety of our guests and the Horse Sense team is paramount. Based on guidance provided by Health Canada we have instituted cleaning and social distancing protocols at our facility to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. If you are experiencing early symptoms of the flu or COVID-19 and wish to re-schedule your visit we will be happy to reschedule your visit or provide a full refund (according to cancellation policies).  We ask that visitors please bring Health Canada recommended face masks as this is a mandatory requirement for visitors at Horse Sense. In the event you do not have a mask, Horse-Sense will provide you with a mask for a fee. Refusal to wear a mask or failure to observe Health Canada social distancing protocols will result in an immediate visit cancellation or rescheduling.
